IP55 Outdoor MV Containerized Switchgears up to 33kV

Having modern facilities, machinery and well experienced technicians, Mazandaran Switchboard Company has great references in manufacturing all kinds of IP55 type tested Containerized Switchgears, suitable for outdoor and heavily polluted environments.
Up-to-date softwares is used for choosing the right structure members, insulation materials, HVAC capacity and heat dissipation calculation, in design of each individual containerized switchgear, considering container dimensions, the weight of equipment and the place of their installation inside the container, also the environment condition in which the containerized switchgear will be installed for operation. The equipment installation inside the container will be designed with accordance to IEC standards and MV/LV sections will be separated by partitions. The container coating procedure is in accordance to Iranian Petroleum Standards (IPS), using one layer of primer type “Zinc Rich Epoxy”, middle layer type “MIO Epoxy” and final layer type “Polyurethane”, achieving total paint thickness 220 to 250µ.
